prediction of plastid localization

Hi everybody,

I have tried to predict the localization of a presumably plastid protein using TargetP, 
ChloroP, PSORT and iPSORT, and the output always is "mitochondrial" (as it is for 
other plastid proteins as well).
Does anybody know another program that predicts Chlamy´s  plastid proteins to go 
to the chloroplast? How can one distinguish between plastid and mitochondrial 
proteins using the standard programs?
