Hello, I am doing a study of the natural diversity of green algae populations, with a semi-emphasis on chlamydomonas (the lab's focus), but I was wondering if anyone had a fast extraction protocol they could share. Currently using a freeze/thaw technique, but our success rate is close to 50% with it. Thanks -Alex ---
