Hi,
I am a graduate student in Dr. Ursula Goodenough's lab. I would like to
have my favorite gene expressed constitutively in both vegetative and
gametic cells. Is there a constitutive promoter available in chlamy other
than the hsp70a-rbcs2 promoter? I really appreciate any suggestion.
