Hello
for a number of different techniques (e.g. ATP determination, RNA
extraction) I have to perform a cell lysis of my chlamys, but, first
of all, I do not know which way is the best to break my cells
(physical or chemical?) and second, I would like to check under the
microscope whether cells have been broken and whether they have ALL
been broken. However, I do not know what to look for under the
microscope...
Is there anyone who can help me out on these questions?
