I am looking for anyone who has the sequence of the pArg7.8 plasmid that is
frequenty used for insertional mutagenesis. The original reference
(Debuchy et al.,
1989) doesn't seem to tell me what the original plasmid is and I'm also
not sure how
much of the Arg gene was put in. I need to know where in the plasmid NruI
cuts.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
