For a Genomics lab, I'm thinking of growing Chlamy (maybe yeast) in a
chemostat for ~ 500 generations under some selective condition and look
at genome evolution w/ an microarrray.
Does anyone have experience w/ chemostats (home-built preferably, i.e.
cheap) ?
Any suggestions ?
