We want to transiently express a GFP-tagged Golgi enzyme in
Chlamydomonas by particle bombardment (which we regularly do with higher
plants). Can we use the 35S CMV promoter which we use for higher
plants? Does this work in Chlamy? If not which is the appropriate
promoter to use?
