I want to sub-clone some Chlamy cDNAs into a (Chlamy codon
optimized) GFP containing vector
Subsequently I would want to transform and image Chlamy
expressing the GFP fusion proteins
Does anyone have experience with the BioCat pCR-GFP vector?
Does anyone have any helpful suggestions for these kinds of
studies?
