Dear all,
I am looking for an efficient method for braking small amounts of cells
(with cell-wall).
I am working with Chlamy in my PhD project in the Weizmann institute. Till
now we used to brake the cells by sonication. However, we need more gentle
method.
Please let me know where I can find a protocol or who can I advise with.
