Hi, all. Recently I'm troubled in one quenstion. I have searched many papers about pJD67 using in gene transformation. Untill now, one paper published the 3'end sequences of this plasmid, which seemed to be constructed byARG7 and pBR322. However, many earlyer papers indicated that it was made ofARG7/ARG2 and pBluescript KS+. I'v analyzed these three sequences, but can not confirm the right sequence of pJD67.
