A web-based system
(<http://codequest.bti.cornell.edu/chlre>http://codequest.bti.cornell.edu/chlre)
which allows one to compare input sequences against various Chlamy
sequence databases was developed at Boyce Thompson Institute. The
system includes various sequence analysis tools running on a
TimeLogic CodeQuest workstation
(<http://www.timelogic.com>http://www.timelogic.com/). For a complete
list of databases currently available in the system, you can go to
the "Database list" link at the bottom of each page. If you want to
add a Chlamy database to the website, please contact Dr. Zhangjun Fei
(<mailto:zf25 from cornell.edu>zf25 from cornell.edu). The system utilizes a
queue system for job processing, which means that your job will not
be started until the jobs ahead of you finish. So on occasion it will
take a while for you to receive the results, however this should only
happen rarely.
