What is a convenient way to do it (that a new graduate student could handle)? Or if not, what is the non-convenient way to do it? I see a company (SA Biosciences) sells an assay kit based on ADH, but do you have to treat the culture medium before using it in the assay? I am concerned about inhibitors, etc. in the medium. Thanks for your help. David Herrin
