Hi Colleague,
I have a question about the light which will be used to culture the Chlamydomonas.
Does "LED Puck Light" works for Chlamydomonas? This light produce little heat and seems to fit my requirement well. I need to culture Chlamydomonas in a sealed hood which can make sure the light/dark circle. So the heat from the light become a problem.
Does anybody use this light for Chlamydomonas or have some suggestion?
