Nature Education has started a teaching site called Scitable (
http://www.nature.com/scitable) aimed at undergraduates. The current site is
restricted to Genetics but, over the summer, a companion site for Cell
Biology will be developed. I will be editing the section that covers
membranes, organelles, cytoskeleton and motility, and will be needing a
range of articles on these topics. Most pieces should be aimed at an
undergraduate audience and based whenever possible on experimental evidence
and analysis. Each subtopic should have a 2-3 page overview and link to
progressively more detailed sub-topics. A look at the Genetic site will show
the preferred approach. Use of pictures, animations, video is encouraged and
Nature will facilitate getting permission when necessary.
Anyone who would like to contribute should contact me, and I can provide
additional details

Thanks
.
