all, Can suggest some primers that will work in both Chlamy and higher plants? I just need them as a control(to test some PCR kits and thermocyclers) and would like to be able to use the same primers. I have tried, without success, cytochrome oxidase primers for Drosophila that I had on hand. thanks,sandy
