Dear Colleagues
I am working on electroporation of Chlamy-137c for this I am using pJR-38 with GFP but have no luck yet. I have also tried with chlamy-4 vector of Invitrogen and got success but no potential transformant colonies with pJR-38. both vector DNAs are prepared by same isolation KIT, any suggestions please?
