There are lots. Cy LEvinthal, who died in November, was highly influential
in this area, and the facility he started is still active; current
administrator is ping at cubmol.bio.columbia.edu; you could write to him.
Also, Phil Bourne is active at the Medical Shool; he is
system at cuhhca.hhmi.columbia.edu.
The term biocomputation by itself doesn't mean anything, however, and who
the right person is to speak to depends very much on what you have in mind.
(molecular graphics? molecular simulations? crystallographic refinement?
sequence searching? 3D-image reconstruction? image processing? ecosystem
modeling? evolutionary simulations?...... etc.)
