Protein folding information needed

I would like to get up to speed on work being done in protein folding.
Any assistance in locating references to molecular dynamics, protein
folding, and the like would be greatly appreciated, particularly 
references discussing MM or MD implementations for vector, SIMD-, and MIMD-
parallel archtectures.
