The book has appeared in the US, and I think the UK. There has been a
certain amount of confusion as the original publisher (Stockton Press)
has apparently sold its biological sciences division to W.H. Freeman.
This has caused a change in the ISBN number among other things. I hope
the following will clear up the confusion.
