Recently, I wrote the following paper:
Fumiyoshi SASAGAWA & Koji TAJIMA, Prediction of protein secondary
structure by the neural network, GENOME INFORMATICS WORKSHOP II, 1991, Tokyo.
I know the preprints written by Dr.Zhang(Thinking Machine Corporation):
1. Protein structure prediction.
This is an article that appeared in Encyclopedia of AI that just came out
last month.
2. A hybrid system for protein secondary structure prediction.
This paper is going to appear in Journal of Molecular Biology this year.
