information request: biomathematics / mathematical biology

[Benoit Desjardins]

I would like to know what are the good research centers (for
graduate training and postdocs) in biomathematics (mathematical
biology).  Can someone provide me with this information? Also, does
anyone know about the research activities of Oxford's Center for
Mathematical Biology?
