Does anyone out there have a rough estimate on how many generations have
transpired between the time of our earliest ancestors that used sexual
reproduction and the present?
Also, how many guanine, adenine, cytosine and thymine bases are there in
the human genome? How many genes? How about for a typical simple organism
with sexual differentiation?
If there is a FAQ that answers these questions please point me to it or
send me a copy.
Thanks for any info.
