Has anyone had experience with Lawerence's Marker program for electron
tomography? The version we have seemed to have some errors, and we almost
always have to do some "tricks" to get a good alignment. Does anyone try to
refine any more than x-shift, y-shift, and rotation? Has anyone tried
imposing additional restraints to help avoid alignment errors due to finding
false minima? Does everyone jugde the quality of the alignment by playing
back the aligned series as a movie?
