I am a high school teacher who is trying to get a high school team of
programers ready to do a Superquest Project next year (Superquest is a
supercomputing contest). I would very much appreciate a couple of
recommendations for a text on computational biology. I suppose I would be
looking for something which assumes a fundamental knowledge of FORTRAN or
PASCAL as well as introductory calculus and college biology. Is there such
a text? If so, I would appreciate a reply.
