I have used MATLAB over the last 4 years extensively and consider it
the most useful tool I have ever had. I use it both for analysis and
modelling and real-time data acquisition in neurobiology experiments.
I too am very keen on being in touch with similar researchers.
My particular problem the moment is spike (action potentials from neurons)
recognition. I have multiple spike waveforms comming from an electrode,
digitized, and wish to de-multiplex them to get more data from what
are painfully long experiments.
Please include me in any discussion.
