UCLA-DOE PROTEIN FOLD-RECOGNITION SERVER BETA TEST
The UCLA-DOE Protein Fold Recogntion Automated Server takes an
amino acid sequence and searches the known structures to find a
compatible fold. In addition, it automatically provides the
results from other sequence analysis programs.
The UCLA-DOE Server has completed its alpha-test after
serveral hundred submissions. With added functionality
and ease of use, the server is now entereing its
beta-test period.
Submissions of amino acid sequences are welcome.
