   The  XXIIIrd Congress of Theoretical  Chemists of Latin  Expression 
   (XXIII QTEL-96) will be  held  in Caceres, Spain,  from the 16th to
   the 20th of September 1996. Contributions in  all areas  of quantum
   chemistry and molecular modelling are welcome.
