The Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing (PSB-97) is an international,
multidisciplinary conference for the presentation and discussion of current
research in the theory and application of computational methods in problems
of biological significance.  

Abstracts are welcome on any topic in computational biology.  Specific
conference sessions, discussions and workshops will include:

   * Molecular Visualization 
   * Computational Simulation and Hybrid QM/MM models 
   * Protein Structure Prediction 
   * Structure Evolution 
   * Distributed and Intelligent Databases 
   * Extracting Biological Knowledge from Sequences 
   * Computation in Biological Pathways 
   * Computing with Biomolecules 
   * Biocomputing Education 
   * Taxonomic Information Systems 
   * others to be announced

We encourage the electronic submission of abstracts.  Abstracts should be
