Hello Netters:
Does any one have information on programs for predicting
tertiary
structure? Are there any programs out there where I can feed in amino
acid sequence (and perhaps other factors) and the program will give me
a predicted 3-D structure?
I was under the impression that such predicting ability is still
quite aways away. I already have access to GCG's peptidestructure
program, are there better ones?
