Hi Eveybody,
            I am looking for a yeast genome database site which lists the 
complete DNA sequence of all known genes in yeast. I want to use it for 
determining the presence of a query sequence/domain in the yeast genes, 
including the 5'-UTR & 3'-UTR. And what kind of search should I give with 
a query which is about 60- 150 nt, ie FASTA, BLAST?
