I would appreciate it if somebody could share his experience in
reconstruction of
3D fluorescent confocal data with 'blind' deconvolution algorithms. Is
any information about relative performance of different algorithms
available? I mean such as
maximum likelihood estimation, projections onto convex sets, or least
square method. Any reference would be appreciated too.
