Most of the servers used by http://bioinfo.pl/meta just return
alignments of the target sequence with the most probable templates of
known structure. I believe that the meta server converts the backbones
PDB format for your to look at, but make no attempt to put the
sidechains on or fill in the gaps. There are servers that do that,
but it is not clear whether they really add value to the models---they
make them more complete, but they often tradeoff correctness in doing so.
