Hi,
I wanted to play with the statistics of single neuron spike time and am
wondering where I can
find good time series data. Ideally I would like to have >5 thousand
spikes (100K would be great)
for a single, undriven,"typical" nerve cell. Also, if the parameters
such as resting, inhibitory, and excitatory voltages
for teh cell is known, that would be a great help. I want to use this to
teach statistics as well as learn about
nerve potentials myself.
This surely is some kind of standard measurement done many years ago,
but I can't seem to find
the data freely available. Any leads are appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom
