Hello group, I was wondering if anyone has experiences in modeling stochastics kinetics using gillespie's or next reaction method. if so, does anyone have transparent or at least readable codes they are willing to share? preferably written in something other than c++? I have access to R, Matlab, Mathematica Thanks in advance for any insights. sean
