Hi,
I have to code an evolutionary Markov model for proteins so I need a
probability transition matrix but looking around I found only 'score'
matrixes. Is there a way to obtain a prob matrix from a score matrix.
I think should be possible from the assumption that score matrix are
obtained using mutation frequency...
