1.  We would like to announce to each of you the new FREE WSEAS Service
from where you can DOWNLOAD free ALL the Conference Proceedings from the Past WSEAS
Conferences
as well as you can BROWSE (free) ALL of them. The service is now available to our
members.

Also, authors that will send a paper to the WSEAS Conferences from FEBRUARY 21
until MARCH 31, 2004
will receive a free subscription to this new service.
