Scholarships for PhD Program at Konstanz University

The Department of Computer and Information Science at Konstanz University,
Germany, is pleased to announce its new PhD Graduate Program. The program is
supported by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) and offers various
scholarships for graduate students and one postdoc. The topics will mainly
focus around the theme of the graduate school:

  "Explorative Analysis and Visualization of Large Information Spaces"

Relevant subject areas are:
- 3D geometry processing
- algorithms and data structures
- bioinformatics
- computer graphics
- human computer interaction
- information retrieval
- information systems
- multimedia communication algorithms
- scientific and information visualization
