Yes, that program does what I am looking for. Thanks for the link. It
could be a little more user-friendly because I don't like command-line
operation but then again I can't have it all.
As I found out later there is also a program called Spidey at the NCBI
(http://http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/spidey/), which seems to do what I
am looking for.
