[Computational-biology] Transmuter Language v0.9.1 - biologically-inspired programming language

Trans version 0.9.1 is now available. This is a fairly substantial
release, and includes new statements, new expressions, builtin function
cleanup, bug fixes, updated documentation & examples, and a revised web
site.

Trans (short for Transmuter Language)  is an extremely dynamic,
biologically-inspired language, providing a framework for experimenting
with naturally evolving systems of objects over the net, and for
exploring new ideas about recombinant software, code morphing, and
evolutionary programming in general.

Trans can also be used as a general-purpose dynamic programming
language. It's fast, flexible, compact, object-oriented, highly
extensible, and easy-to-learn. It can be used for rapid prototyping, or
as a scripting language, an embedded language, a net server or client,
a system of cooperating network nodes, a real-time control & monitoring
system, and more.
