Important News:

- We have received over 100 submissions and are expecting a terrific
conference!!

- Closing date for regular submissions has now passed (31st October
2006) but the submission website will remain open if you wish to send
in a late submission. We anticipate being able to review all late
submissions provided they are SUBMITTED BY NOV. 10, 2006 - Midnight
GMT-12.  After that point submitted papers will be reviewed on a
reviewer availability/time availability basis only. If you have any
