[Computational-biology] looking for information on Caluation of Minor Allele Frequency

Hi,

I need help on finding out Minor Allele Frequency or what is the
algorithms to find this ,

I have a snp count of 100 out of which i wan to find out Minor Allele
for each genotypes.
