The International Symposium on Bioinformatics Research and
Applications (ISBRA) provides a forum for the exchange of ideas
and results among researchers, developers, and practitioners
working on all aspects of bioinformatics and computational biology
and their applications. The 6th edition of the symposium will be
held on May 23-26, 2010 at the University of Connecticut in
Storrs, CT, USA.

The technical program features 6 invited keynote talks:

* Tracing the early cell divisions of mouse embryos by
   single cell RNA-seq,
   Catalin Barbacioru, Life Technologies

* Successes and failures of elegant algorithms in
   computational biology,
   Piotr Berman, Pennsylvania State University

* Human Genome Annotation,
   Mark Gerstein, Yale University

* Structure of Proximal and Distant Regulatory Elements in the
   Human Genome,
Ivan Ovcharenko, National Center for Biotechnology Information

* Combinatorics in Recombinational Population Genomics,
Laxmi Parida, IBM T. J. Watson Research Center

* Predicting and Analyzing Cellular Networks,
