[Computational-biology] The Genomic Hyperbrowser

A general framework for the analysis of genomic data has been made 
available at http://hyperbrowser.uio.no
It enables both the biological experimentalist and the bioinformatician 
alike with a broad range of statistical queries available for a large 
array of genomic tracks. It is available as open source, and intgrates
