Dear colleagues,

I am writing to you as one of the co-chairs (along with Jing He, Nurit
Haspel, and Brian Chen) of the Computational Structural Biology Workshop
(CSBW), which will be held in conjunction with IEEE BIBM this year, Nov
12-15, 2011, in Atlanta, GA.

The workshop focuses on open problems in structural computational biology
and brings together researchers with expertise in bioinformatics,
computational biology, structural biology, data mining, optimization, and
high-performance computing.

Topics of interest include:

Structure representation
Structure prediction
Structure alignment
Interaction and docking
Data mining of structural data
Coarse-grained modeling
Structural genomics
Proteomics
High-performance computing in modeling
Graph theory applied to structural problems
Optimization in structural problems

We would like to invite you to submit your contribution to the workshop.
Please find enclosed the call for papers for more details.

Best regards,
Amarda Shehu
