There are still seven days to submit an abstract (oral presentation or poster) for the Structural Bioinformatics microsymposium (MS10) at the 29th European Crystallographic Meeting (ECM29),
which will take place on August 23-28 in Rovinj, Croatia.
Structural bioinformatics concepts and tools play a very important and still growing role in several areas of macromolecular crystallography, from structure solution and validation to structure
analysis and structure-based drug design. MS10 aims to provide a snapshot of current research in structural bioinformatics areas like analysis and predictions of 3D structures of biomacromolecules,
protein-protein interface studies, development of tools and data bases and their use in structural biology, structural bioinformatics in rational drug design.
In addition to the above topics, contributions in any area of structural bioinformatics relevant to macromolecular crystallography are welcome.
The link to submit an abstract is: http://ecm29.ecanews.org/participate/abstract-submission
Three 20-min talks will be chosen from the submitted abstracts. Two keynotes from invited speakers and poster presentations will complete the program of MS10.
Looking forward to many interesting contributions; in case of questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
With best regards,
