Hi

I'd like to get in touch with people interested in or knowledgeable of
the oarfish (Regalecus glesne).

I'm primarily interested in sightings (both documented and supposed) and
information about preserved specimen and their location. Any information
about indian (or other peoples) myths concerning this fish would also be
highly appreciated.

My list over global occurrences has now about 100 specimen.

Sincerely
Trond Erik Vee Aune
