Hyper-Alkaline Environments

Colleagues,

A team in our laboratory is initiating a survey of Protista diversity in
hyper-alkaline environments (pH 10 or greater).  Any assistance in
compiling a list of hyper-alkaline environments in the ocean (shallow or
otherwise) would be greatly appreciated.
