Albino Hammerhead Shark

Hi,
    Does anyone have access to the McKenzie paper (J. Elisha Mitchell
Sci. Soc. 1970, 86[1]:35-37) in which is the first record of albianism
in the Scalloped Hammerhead shark (_Sphyrna lewini_).   If so could
they possibly either e-mail me, or post, the date and location of
capture.   Any help would be appreciated.
