Earthquake Swarm on Kolbeinsey Ridge
An earthquake swarm started on the Kolbeinsey Ridge (68.2N, 17.8W) on August 30, 1999. It was most
intensive between 08:30 - 11:00 (UTC) the same day. The earthquake locations of this swarm were
monitered by the SIL network in Iceland and can be seen at:
