I am curious on the advantages of spinner cultures or roller bottles over
tissue culture flasks to propagate picorna viruses in vero cells. For
example, are the viral yields significantly greater compared to tissue
culture flasks? Also, can I use the adherent vero cells in a spinner or
roller system? Gee, any advice is greatly appreciated.... Thanks in
